Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Divyam Shine, we pride ourselves on the speed and safety of our logistics. However, as we deal in Liquid Formulations, strict protocols are necessary to ensure safe delivery. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

ORDER DISPATCH & PROCESSING

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on Sundays/Public Holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.

  • Tracking: Once handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking link to become active.

DELIVERY TIMELINES (Estimates)

We partner with premium courier services (BlueDart, Delhivery, Amazon Shipping) to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

  • Mumbai & Maharashtra: 2 – 4 Business Days

  • Metro Cities: 3 – 5 Business Days

  • Rest of India: 5 – 7 Business Days

  • J&K / North East / Remote Areas: 7 – 10 Business Days

Force Majeure: Divyam Shine is not liable for delays caused by "Acts of God" (heavy rains, floods, earthquakes), strikes, festivals, or operational issues of the courier partner. We will assist you in tracking, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

LIQUID SAFETY & DAMAGE POLICY (The "Leakage" Clause)

Since our product is a liquid, minor pressure changes during transit may rarely cause slight seepage.

A. Minor Leakage vs. Damage:

  • Minor Seepage: If a few drops have leaked but the bottle is intact and the product is usable, this is considered normal transit stress and is not eligible for replacement.

  • Major Damage: If the bottle is crushed, the seal is broken, or significant leakage (more than 10%) has occurred, we will provide a Free Replacement.

B. Mandatory Unboxing Video:

  • To claim a replacement for damage, you MUST provide within 24 hours of the delivery an uncut, 360-degree Unboxing Video showing the label and the seal condition.

  • No Video = No Replacement. This policy is strict to prevent fraudulent claims.

INCORRECT ADDRESS & RTO (Return to Origin)

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address (including House No, Landmark, and Correct PIN Code).

  • Customer Error: If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, the customer must pay a Re-Shipping Fee of ₹60 to have it sent again.

  • Unavailability: Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If you are unavailable all 3 times, the package will return to us. A refund (minus shipping charges) will be processed only upon request.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) PROTOCOLS

To maintain a high quality of service, we enforce strict COD rules:

  • Verification: All COD orders may be verified via WhatsApp/Call. If we receive no response within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.

Refusal at Doorstep: If a customer rejects a COD delivery at the doorstep without a valid reason (e.g., damage), they will be permanently barred from placing COD orders on our website in the future

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.

  • After Dispatch: Once the tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled. You may choose to refuse delivery, but prepaid shipping charges will not be refunded.

TAMPERED PACKAGES

  • Do Not Accept: If the outer packaging appears torn, crushed, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please Refuse to Accept the package from the delivery agent and inform us immediately.

  • Once accepted, it is assumed the package was received in good condition (unless an unboxing video proves otherwise).
